Instead of placing an implant for every single missing tooth, we use a physics-based approach: implants are set at specific angles to maximize contact with your available bone. The Integration
Over the next 3 to 6 months, the bone fuses to the titanium implants, creating a rock-solid foundation.

Is the bridge removable?
No. The All-on-X bridge is screwed into the implants. It is completely fixed and can only be removed by a dentist for maintenance. You brush and clean it just like natural teeth.
Does it look like a denture?
No. Traditional dentures have pink plastic flanges that cover the gums and palate. An All-on-X bridge is streamlined and significantly less bulky — designed to feel like your own teeth.
Is the procedure painful?

How long will it last?
